2. Hosting

This website is served via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and OS information) is processed to deliver the website and protect it from attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; a data processing agreement is in place.

3. Cookies, tracking and fonts

This website sets no analytics or marketing cookies and uses no tracking tools. Fonts are served locally; no connection to third-party font servers is made.

4. Contact form

If you contact us via the form, we process your details (name, email, optionally company and phone, your topic and message) to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). We use Resend, Inc. (San Francisco, USA) as a processor to deliver form messages to our inbox, based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Data is deleted once your enquiry has been handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Email and phone

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide solely to handle your request.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Contact hello@fainzstudio.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
